Do you get any information on the screen when this happens?

Maybe you could take a photo and attach if so.

Also please could you check in /var/crash for any core files that might
relate to this crash:

   ls -l /var/crash.

Marking 'Incomplete' pending your response. Please set back to 'New'
once you have provided the requested information.
