[Kubuntu 12.04 with smbd 3.6.3]

What ever i do and configure, i get a : 
"Unable to connect to CUPS server localhost:631 - Connection refused"

That's a absolute "no go" ! Many people are in the same situation.
Please do something urgently. Thanks.
