Actually, the policy already does allow this:

  mount fstype=proc -> /proc/,
  mount fstype=sysfs -> /sys/,

please open a new bug about your problem.  Please do a 'lxc-start -n
containername -l trace -o outout', and attach the file 'outout' to the
bug.
