[Bug 1009514] [NEW] Lucid hangs during update of bind9-host

Public bug reported:

Today's security update hangs while installing bind9-host version
9.7.0.dfsg.P1-1ubuntu0.5. Manual attempts with aptitude had the same
result. Package stays half-installed and cannot be installed.
