[Bug 1008203] [NEW] dhclient3 sends wrong discover packets on changed MAC addr

Public bug reported:

When using an altered MAC address of a wlan adapter, dhclient3 initially
works correctly and sets up the lease, but after about 5 minutes, it
tries to connect up again by sending out discovery packets and starts
using the orginal MAC addr, not the one that is intended.
