[Bug 1008094] [NEW] allow all users to read the repository

It would be nice if all users could read the history (diff & log) of the
reposity:

bzr: ERROR: Kein Zweig: »/etc/«.


sudo chmod -R ugo+xr .bzr

-> this would combine with the sudo philisophy of Ubuntu
-> allow users to use bzr-explorer to check the history.
