  * Ensure clean, unprompted upgrades of mailman from previous
    releases (LP: #911244):
    - d/preinst.in: Cherry picked update from most recent packaging to
      remove any unmanaged+unchanged versions of /etc/cron.d/mailman prior
      to installation of the new, managed version.
