It looks as though clamav failed to stop before the upgrade.  Could you
show the result of:

   service clamav-milter status
   ps -ef | grep clamav-milter

** Changed in: clamav (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided => Medium

** Changed in: clamav (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Incomplete
