My last try install bind9 was after:


root at vps4659:~# apt-get install mysql-server

and

root at vps4659:~# apt-get upgrade

97 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

now i had did only:
root at vps4659:~# apt-get upgrade
without install "mysql-server" and i ve got nice rezult:

root at vps4659:~# /etc/init.d/bind9 stop
 * Stopping domain name service... bind9                                                                         [ OK ] 
root at vps4659:~# /etc/init.d/bind9 start
 * Starting domain name service... bind9                                                                         [ OK ]
