[Bug 922600] Re: Upgrade rabbitmq-server to 2.7.1

Attempted to package 2.7.1, but getting some weird failures because the
build scripts seem to make use of git, which is not shipped with the
tarball. Probably a bug in the way they're generating their dist
tarballs.
