Public bug reported:
This is on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Server.
If you have an invalid SSL sonfiguration, /etc/init.d/apache2 start|reload|restart seem to succeed.
There are no error messages printed nor logged.
Still, apache is dead and you have no clue why.
** Affects: apache2 (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
