[Bug 917832] [NEW] init script and upstart job named apache2.1 instead apache2

Public bug reported:

Since i made an update yesterday where apache2 was included, the  script and upstart job were renamed from apache2 to apache2.1
Seriously this make no sense when the real apache version is 2.2.14-5ubuntu8.7
