+ Status: txaws has some unnecessary external dependencies, several bugs
+ have been submitted upstream and patches tested using python-dateutil to
+ replace pytz, epsilon, and zope.datetime. Until upstream ACKs the
+ patches, the MIR is better off waiting. Zookeeper MIR should be able to
+ proceed unhindered.
