Public bug reported:
This error occurred when upgrading to 12.04 from 11.10. I had modified
php.ini in 11.10 because I installed XDebug. When I was asked what
version of php.ini to keep, I tried to read more information, but the
processing continued I don't know why and I could not answer what
version to keep.
