Hi sadfasdf, thanks for taking the time to file this bug report and help
us make Ubuntu better. The relevant error from your report is:

AppArmor parser error for /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld in
/etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld at line 9: Could not open
'abstractions/mysql'

This file is part of 'apparmor', so its fairly confusing why it would be
missing, since apparmor_parser is also part of the package.

Perhaps you removed this file accidentally from
/etc/apparmor/profiles.d? If you did, you can re-install the file with

dpkg -i --force-confmiss /var/cache/apt/archives/apparmor_*.deb
