  * debian/rules: add -r (--no-restart-on-upgrade) to DEB_DH_INSTALLINIT_ARGS
    to prevent upgrading lxc from forcing lxc autostart containers to
    stop and restart.  (LP: #753308)
  * debian/control: set ubuntu maintainer.
