[Bug 1092209] [NEW] bash completion file is incorrectly installed (and missing)

Public bug reported:

The bash completion file for the nova command line client is missing in
Quantal.  The package file list shows it being installed at:

  /etc/bashetc/bash_completion.d/nova.bash_completion

This is appears to be a typo.  This file is a symbolic link pointing to:

  /usr/share/doc/python-novaclient/nova.bash_completion

which does not exist.
