[Bug 1090334] [NEW] MAAS (in precise) requires django >= 1.3.1-4ubuntu1.5

Public bug reported:

The upcoming SRU maas (in precise) depends on python-django without
specifying a particular version but it requires the two backports
present in python-django version 1.3.1-4ubuntu1.5 (support for
'theGenericIPAddressField' field and the 'prefetch_related' utility
method).

Without that, the upgrade from the package in precise to the SRU package
fails with ImportError: cannot import name GenericIPAddressField
