precise, so facter 1.6.5-1ubuntu1 and pciutils 1:3.1.8-2ubuntu5.

Fair enough, we tend to focus on the LTSes.

It appears to affect both SoCs we have, i.e. beagle and panda.

I don't mind; we've worked around it locally. I was reporting it in
case it wasn't and to make the patch & problem public in LP.
If it's already fixed in later versions and it's a hassle to SRU, don't
feel obliged on my account. Given the effects of the bug (noise in
dry-run output - for us, at least), I doubt it even meets SRU criteria.
