tested if /etc/resolvconf/update-libc.d/squid3 works -> OK
tested if /etc/resolvconf/update-libc.d/squid3 will be triggered -> FAIL
looks for me that this script will not be triggered

reload squid3 won't work, ist must be restart squid3 ...
