Looks like a more general issue:

Installing new version of config file /etc/bluetooth/main.conf ...

Specifically:

runlevel:/var/run/utmp: No such file or directory

Please could you check whether this directory exists on you installation
by running the following command:

  ls -lrt /var/run/utmp
