Public bug reported:

The package depends specifically on python 2.6 although it includes
support for python 2.7 too. I already have python 2.7 installed and
don't need 2.6, except for mod_wsgi.

I suggest this package requires either 2.6 or 2.7 to be installed,
instead of a specific version. If it can only be made to depend on a
specific version, I suggest it depends on 2.7, as it is the latest
version on the 2.x line.
