[Bug 988648] [NEW] No python-keystoneclient deb

Hello,

After created keystone deb, I got three deb files as
keystone_2012.1-0ubuntu1_all.deb,keystone-doc_2012.1-0ubuntu1_all.deb
and python-keystone_2012.1-0ubuntu1_all.deb. The python-
keystone_2012.1-0ubuntu1_all.deb depends python-keystoneclient deb, but
there is no deb file to create python-keystoneclient deb. Please fix it.
