[Bug 979996] [NEW] ubuntu-cloud template can't find .img

Public bug reported:

When creating releases older than precise, i.e.
lxc-create -t ubuntu-cloud -n o1 -- -r oneiric

I get the following error.  note that the tarball contains:
oneiric-server-cloudimg-amd64.img, not ubuntu-11.10-server-cloudimg-amd64.img.
