[Bug 979414] [NEW] juju bootstrap failed - 12.04 beta

Public bug reported:

Attempting to configure MAAS in a virtual environment. MAAS installed
and configured fine. Steps on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ServerTeam/MAAS/Juju are a little confusing:

In your favourite text editor, open the file:
~/.juju/environments.yaml

This directory does not exist. Robbie, the author of these pages,
responded that I was to run 'juju bootstrap' first. Running that does
generate a sample file, but it contains very different values than the
example on the above document.

After changing all values to match the values in the documentation,
'juju bootstrap' fails with:
