[Bug 978419] [NEW] squid binary package includes /etc/logrotate.d/squid which fails

Public bug reported:

The squid package includes /etc/logrotate.d/squid which then fails daily
as there is no squid binary.  For example:

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:                                                                                                                      
logrotate_script: 2: logrotate_script: /usr/sbin/squid: not found                                                                               
error: error running shared postrotate script for '/var/log/squid-deb-proxy/*.log '                                                             
run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/logrotate exited with return code 1

I don't think /etc/logrotate.d/squid should be included in the package
anymore.
