myodbc 5.1.10 resolves the last remaining dependency on
libmysqlclient16. All remaining reverse dependencies are suggests, and
optional with the non-versioned package (so, mysql-server | mysql-
server-5.1).

I believe we can remove mysql 5.1 source and remaining binary packages
built by it.
