Do you know how you have ended up with libaio:i386 version 0.3.104-1
installed? The current supported versions are:

   libaio1 | 0.3.107-3ubuntu2 |         lucid | amd64, armel, i386, ia64, powerpc, sparc

   libaio1 | 0.3.107-7ubuntu2 |         natty | amd64, armel, i386, powerpc
   libaio1 | 0.3.109-1ubuntu2 |       oneiric | amd64, armel, i386, powerpc
