[Bug 859341] [NEW] Bacula default config flawed

Public bug reported:

In /etc/bacula/bacula-dir.conf , there I had 'dbname = "bacula;"' , but
it should be 'dbname = "bacula";' .  This drove me crazy trying to
figure out why the director couldn't connect to MySQL, and then I found
this small config issue.  I don't know if this is just a glitch on my
computer or the package on the server is faulty.
