in Ubuntu 8.04 when i tried to login to vsftpd with my Domain Account (likewise-open) it worked like expected, but since upgrading to 10.04 it seems that the User Directory is not created on login anymore.

I had a try with likewise-open 6.0 already so i this might be related to
vsftpd version 2.2.2-3ubuntu6.2.
