Affected a 64 bit system, the kernel would not work with qemu latest
version

System in use Ubuntu 10.4 on 2.6.32-31-generic #61 kernel
Qemu:  Installed: 0.12.3+noroms-0ubuntu9
Booting fails

Errors generated
1)

pci_add_option_rom: failed to find romfile "pxe-rtl8139.bin"

2)

Booting from Hard Disk...
Boot failed: could not read the boot disk

Booting from Floppy...
Boot failed: could not read the boot disk

Booting from CD-Rom...
Boot failed: Could not read from CDROM (code 0003)
No bootable device.
