Issue: Placement of gd.ini file (package: php5-gd)

Current Situation:
The php5-gd file places the gd.ini file into the root php5 config directory: /etc/php5/.

Fix:
The php5-gd file should place the gd.ini file into /etc/php5/config.d/.

NOTE: This was fixed in Natty and later, but has not been repaired for
Maverick or earlier.
