[Bug 872892] [NEW] should remove /etc/apache2/conf.d/cobbler*.conf on postrm

Public bug reported:

These symlinks are created on cobbler-web.postinst, but not cleaned on
postrm. This means that for instance reloading apache config fails,
because the target of the symlink is gone.
