It seems like default-jdk pulls:

libxt-dev  openjdk-6-jdk openjdk-6-jre openjdk-6-jre-headless openjdk-6
-jre-lib  ttf-dejavu-extra tzdata-java x11proto-core-dev x11proto-input-
dev  x11proto-kb-dev xtrans-dev"

It doesn't check if sun-java6-jdk is already installed
