The current install experience for Ubuntu Cloud Infrastructure is less than optimal:
- lack of discoverability
- many steps
- lack of clean documentation
We need to identify what, when and how to improve this, specifically  for Ubuntu Cloud Infrastructure and in general for products delivers via  orchestra + juju

 * MIR Orchestra
 * replace "install ubuntu cloud" on the CD boot menu with "install ubuntu orchestra with support for ubuntu cloud"
 * add SSL support to cobbler-enlist
 * add auto-generation of hostname when not provided by dhcp to cobbler-enlist
 * use case: prototype without control of DHCP/DNS
 * use case: install with external DHCP/DNS
 * use case: dedicated provisioning network
 * [clint-fewbar] add strong authorization to cobbler enlist process
