Yes, same solution on F16.   I  just had to rebuild libvirt-0.9.7-1.fc14.src.rpm and get libvirt-0.9.7-1.fc16.src.rpm
to upgrade libvirt up to 0.9.7.  Afterwards everything goes fine.
