It is resolves issue, which was connected to seabios, not to libvirt.

We  have Libvirt 0.9.6 back ported to Oneiric and my build of  Libvirt 0.9.6 on Oneiric , 
missing several Ubuntu specific patches + plus patched seabios-0.6.2-qxl
Both  version of Libvirt work  for me with no problems.

But, VirtFS was activated only in two PPAs mentioned in #2  per user's
request.

in meantime
