Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: samba

When plugging in my network cable I'm getting an ip-address. I would
expect that the samba-hook to update /etc/samba/dhcp.conf (containing
wins server line) would be created. But it turns out that the script is
net even executed.

This has been a problem before. I can not remember wich version.
