This bug looks to be related to bugs 510497 and 471975.

If you've not yet made any changes to your resolvconf configuration,
then the easiest solution might be to do:

	dpkg -r resolvonf
	apt-get -f install
	apt-get install resolvconf

Can you tell us if you installed bind9 and resolvconf in the same
command, that is

        apt-get install bind9 resolvconf

as opposed to installing them separately?
