[Bug 727286] [NEW] apparmor is blocking libvirt-bin from accessing folders in "/"

Public bug reported:

libvirt-bin cannot access files in "/" due to being denied access by
apparmor. You have to add '  / r,' to /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.libvirtd
for the access.
