Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unixodbc

I was attempting to download an application from the Ubuntu Software
Center "minitube" and returned the error in the Summary field. The
conflicted package became corrupted maybe 3 days ago, but i initiated an
upgrade through synaptic. 2 packages afterward installed fine, however
they were third-party .deb files and were installed from other sources.
I just installed Gimp and the error seems resolved.
