[Bug 794378] [NEW] sync to newer version on libvirt for Ubuntu 11.10

Public bug reported:

It would be nice to see 0.9.2 in Ubuntu 11.10 but at the very least it
should ship with 0.9.0 which is a significant upgrade from 0.8.8.
Debian has backported 0.9.0 to Debian 6 for this reason.  0.9.1 is in
Debian unstable.
