All right, thanks.  So let's try and figure out which one *is*
the problem.  Could you do:

sysctl kernel.shmall
sysctl kernel.printk
sysctl net.ipv4.conf.default.rp_filter
sysctl net.ipv4.conf.all.rp_filter
sysctl net.ipv4.tcp_syncookies

and show the results here?
