I'm going to mark this bug Invalid, because there simply is not a 'bug'
here. Libvirt uses cgroups if they are mounted, so if you mount
cgroups, then you must do so in a way that allows libvirt to do what it
wants to do. Installing the cgroup-bin package is one easy way to
accomplish that, but you can easily do it by hand.
