together those packaging changes!

you'll want to make your branch based on
lp:ubuntu/natty/php5
And then you can propose merging here, and request a review from ubuntu-sponsors
Note that with such a large set of changes, it may be best to
collaborate directly with the Debian php maintainers rather than us
importing this version before them. There may already be work done in
their git branches. Please check here for updates:
