[Bug 708551] [NEW] libvirt depends on SSL paths that don't exist in ubuntu

Public bug reported:

/usr/lib/libvirt.so.0.8.3 tries to open the following paths when
attempting an SSL connection

/etc/pki/CA/cacert.pem
/etc/pki/libvirt/private/clientkey.pem
/etc/pki/libvirt/clientcert.pem

These parths seems to be part of the SSL infrastructure on RedHat and
related systems.

On Ubuntu/Debian probably should be something related to /etc/ssl and
cousins.

** Affects: libvirt (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
