  The problem occured during the upgrade of samba 2:3.5.6~dfsg-4ubuntu1 -> 2:3.5.6~dfsg-4ubuntu2.
  In short, I tried the following:
  
- testparm -s --parameter-name='disable netbios'
  $ LANGUAGE=en LANG=C sudo dpkg --configure -a
  Setting up samba (2:3.5.6~dfsg-4ubuntu2) ...
