[Bug 705441] [NEW] /etc/cobbler/cobblerd executable in cobbler-common

Public bug reported:

In performing a binary NEW, I noticed the following:

  -rwxr-xr-x root/root      3411 2011-01-19 15:40 ./etc/cobbler/cobblerd

Examining it, this is a sysv initscript. Either this should be outside
of /etc or not shipped at all (since we are using upstart). If this
package is ultimately destined for Debian, I suggest updating
debian/rules to do a build-time check to install the sysv init script on
Debian and the upstart job on Ubuntu.
