Serge - When I change domain type to qemu in the XML file, the same VM
boots fine under PAE. It is a 32bit VM with 512M of RAM. Sorry about
the delayed response.

In fact, I just tried said system under KVM again and it seems bootup
now freezes during grub? The last thing I see on the screen is:

"GRUB loading, please wait..."

Current package list/kernel:

Linux 2.6.35-24-generic-pae #42-Ubuntu SMP Thu Dec 2 03:21:31 UTC 2010

Thanks,
