Public bug reported:

snmp daemon keeps spamming logs with

Jan  3 13:09:06 mordor snmpd[2961]: Connection from UDP:
[x.x.x.x]:y->[x.x.x.x]

And there is no way to disable this. There is a patch for this, but it
is not applied to the lucid version apparently.
